Insurance claim help for a storm-damaged roof.
We inspect visible roof conditions, document what we find, and prepare a clear roofing scope you can use while working with your insurer.
Photo and drone documentation may be available. The right method depends on the property, access, weather, and the inspection needed.

How a claim usually goes.
We inspect first
Before you decide what to do next, we inspect accessible roof areas and note visible conditions that may need repair or replacement.
We document it
When appropriate, photographs, drone images, and a written roofing scope can help you describe the property conditions to your insurer.
We meet the adjuster
When arranged in advance, a representative can attend the insurer's inspection to explain the roofing observations and proposed work.
We do the work
Once you approve the roofing scope and funding is in place, the repair or replacement can be scheduled.
Why an inspection comes first.
Not every sign of wear is storm damage. An inspection can help separate visible age-related conditions from damage that may have followed a recent event.
Clear, dated documentation gives you and the adjuster a shared reference for discussing the roof. The insurer alone decides coverage and payment.

What we do not do.
We do not tell you what your insurer will approve, because we do not decide that. We do not offer to cover, waive or absorb your deductible. Anyone who does is asking you to carry a risk you did not sign up for.
We can explain our roofing observations and proposed repairs. Ask us about documentation and availability to attend your insurer's inspection.
If the claim is denied, or you would rather not file.
If repairs are needed, we can provide a written estimate for you to review. GreenSky financing options are available, subject to credit approval.
See the financing options, or call and we will talk through what makes sense.
Get it looked at.
A free inspection tells you where you stand, whether or not you end up filing anything.
